Our mission

Genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM) affects up to half of all postmenopausal women. Despite being a well-understood condition with effective treatments, most women experiencing GSM symptoms never receive care. Many don't know the condition has a name, much less that a prescription treatment exists.

Vyoni exists to close that gap. We make it simple for women to connect with licensed physicians, get evaluated, and — if appropriate — receive prescription vaginal estrogen & progesterone cream delivered to their door.

How we operate

Vyoni is a telehealth platform, not a medical practice. We connect patients with independently licensed healthcare providers who evaluate patients, make clinical decisions, and issue prescriptions when medically appropriate. All medical decisions are made by these independent providers.

Prescriptions are fulfilled by our partner pharmacy, an FDA-registered compounding pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
