This Refund Policy describes the terms under which refunds may be issued for Vyoni services and products, operated by Hydrohealth Solutions LLC.
If a licensed physician determines that you are not a candidate for prescription estrogen & progesterone cream, you will not be charged. The eligibility questionnaire and physician review are provided at no cost when no prescription is issued.
Because prescription medications are compounded specifically for each individual patient, we are generally unable to accept returns or issue refunds for medications that have been compounded and shipped. This is consistent with federal and state pharmacy regulations regarding compounded medications.
We will issue a full refund or replacement in the following situations:
You may cancel or pause your automatic refill subscription at any time before the next scheduled shipment by contacting us at contact@getvyoni.com. Cancellations received before an order is compounded and shipped will receive a full refund. Cancellations received after an order has been compounded cannot be refunded.

Please include your order number, the reason for the refund request, and any relevant photos (for damaged items). We will respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your financial institution.
