About Vyoni

Vyoni is a telehealth platform operated by Hydrohealth Solutions LLC. Vyoni connects patients with independently licensed healthcare providers who evaluate patients, make clinical decisions, and issue prescriptions when medically appropriate. Vyoni does not practice medicine, diagnose conditions, or prescribe medications. All medical decisions are made solely by independent licensed healthcare providers.

Completing the eligibility questionnaire on the Vyoni website does not create a doctor-patient relationship between the individual and Vyoni or Hydrohealth Solutions LLC. A doctor-patient relationship is established only between the individual and the prescribing licensed healthcare provider.

Compounded medications

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. They are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Compounded medications available through Vyoni are prepared by an FDA-registered 503A compounding pharmacy based on a licensed physician's prescription.

The decision to prescribe a compounded medication is made by the licensed healthcare provider based on clinical judgment informed by the patient's medical history and telehealth consultation. The prescribing provider retains full discretion over whether to prescribe.

Compounded estradiol & progesterone vaginal cream

Vyoni's platform facilitates access to compounded estradiol & progesterone vaginal cream for the treatment of genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM). The following safety information applies to estradiol-containing products generally. Patients should discuss their specific risks and benefits with their prescribing physician.
